Due to the custom, technical, and often high-cost nature of our products, our policy on returns and refunds is very strict. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.

Final Sale Policy

 

All sales made through Top Tier LineGear are considered final. We generally do not accept returns or offer refunds. This policy allows us to ensure the integrity and quality of our specialized inventory and equipment.

The Role of Our Storefront

 

We strongly encourage you to visit our physical storefront in Hollister, Missouri, to make the most informed purchasing decisions.

  • Hands-On Experience: You can examine our in-stock items in person, ensuring they meet your exact needs and specifications before purchase.

  • Expert Guidance: Our knowledgeable staff is available to provide professional recommendations and guidance, helping you select the right products, including those that are shipped directly from our manufacturers.

Our in-store presence is designed to minimize the need for returns by helping you get it right the first time.

Damaged or Defective Items

 

The only exception to our Final Sale Policy is for items that are defective or were damaged during shipping. If you receive an item that falls into one of these categories, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will review the issue and, if approved, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Important Return Conditions (If Approved)

 

Any return, if approved, must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • A restocking fee may be applied to any approved returns.
